能力要求:
1、中专以上学历,中文、新闻、秘书、市场营销等相关专业,具有优秀的审美眼光;
2、一定的文字功底及较好的文案撰写能力,灵活的思维,较强的组织、策划、协调能力(在学生会、社团工作过的优先考虑);
3、工作高效,态度积极,责任心强,工作细心,肯学习,有上进心。
岗位职责:
1、更新及维护企业的帮派、微博,增加粉丝数,提高关注度 ;
2、负责帮派成员的维护,优惠劵、礼品的发放;
3、负责微博帮派、微博运营策略的执行,网站相关部门配合,定期策划并执行微博营销线上及线下活动 ;
4、各种文件资料的整理。
5、挖掘和分析目标网友使用习惯、情感及体验感受,即时掌握新闻热点,能够完成专题策划、编辑制作;
6、根据个人能力和意愿,有职业提升空间。(经理帮助其职业规划)
