RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.Achieve P&L of Projects and Service Company
a.Actively participate in the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve target P&L of projects and improve the fee-based income of the service company.
b.Plan and execute marketing and leasing actions to ensure revenue and expenses in the budget are met.
c.Achieve the targeted sale price, rental and occupancy rates.


2.Selling, Leasing and Lease Administration
a.Actively engage in all marketing, selling, leasing and lease administration related matters including but not limited to:
a) conducting viewings;
b) communications/ liaisons and negotiations with prospects, agents, tenants and clients;
c) preparing and executing of tenancy related documents and correspondence;
d) liaison with other departments including but not limited to Finance and Legal departments;
e) preparation of reports as and when assigned and required by the company;
f) training/ contribute to training of subordinates or indirect subordinates;
g) Marketing research and analysis;
b.Ensure all activities conform to standard operating procedures where the latter apply.
c.Ensure Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, official correspondence with clients and external parties meet standard guidelines and timelines set by the company.
d.Engage actively in all lease and renewal negotiations and to ensure proper execution of Tenancy Agreements and all other agreements.
e.Coordinate and work closely with Property Maintenance and Management Department to ensure smooth operation.
f.Manage existing tenants and clients, and improve and expand networking channels to build up pipelines to improve occupancy of the various projects.
g.To build both domestic and overseas marketing channels.


3.Team Spirit/ Contribution
Coordinate, liaise and work closely with subordinates/ indirect subordinates and other colleagues to ensure cohesive team work and efficiency.


4.Relationship Building Internally & Externally.
Maintain good landlord-tenant relationship and close liaison with agents and external parties.


5.Customer delight
Maintain close liaison with government authorities and government related offices.


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES：


Education
- Polytechnic, Pre-University or University Graduate, preference to Business, Economics, Advertising major.
Job related experience
- Three years and above of related experience.

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
- Working knowledge of computers and PC software.

Skills
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
- Ability to work comfortably with and be an effective team-player;
- Good communication with clients and information organizing skills;
- Telephone communication skills.
- English reading and writing skills.
