Main Mission :
As the key member of project team, you will base on Guangzhou plant and as draftsman and adjuster for press dies and checking jigs and will be involved into supplier qualification, negotiation, selection, schedule following-up and final design confirmer based on support from France technical team. It is really important to working with suppliers with achievable of cost objective, timing planning and quality control.

Knowledge wished:

* Reading of plan / DFN
* Symbol of tolerance (ISO specifications)
* Drawing, GD&T (General Dimension and Tolerance)
* RPS (Reference Point System)
* Understanding of a control report
* Planning follow up
* Evaluation of time realisation
* Steel and heat treatment
* Microsoft pack
Possible Training Programme
* Use of a machine of three-dimensional control (put in references, put the checking fixture into the X,Y,Z coordinates vehicle)
* Use of control software
* Press dies and checking fixtures acceptance (buy off)
* French and English improvement lesson


主要负责从模具开发的角度，在新产品开发中，对金属冲压模具和检具的供应商进行管理，包括供应商选择及审核， 模具工艺，模具设计批准，模具样品测试验收，质量控制，开发进度的跟踪等。

工作地点：广州工厂

Job Requirements (skills and experience)

-Bachelor degree or above major in engineering, understanding of automotive press dies and checking jigs is plus.
- Minimum 3 years working experience of automotive product engineering or design engineering
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity with motivation, can work independently with limited supervision,
- English indispensable, French is plus.
-Willing to frequent travel domestic and abroad based on project request
