职位描述:
任职资格：
1、22-40岁、五官端正、综合素质好，粤语流利优先。
2、性格外向积极，思维以营销为导向，头脑灵活，善于激励店员和自我激励并能承受较大的工作压力。
3、3年以上专卖店（零售店）销售管理工作经验，1年以上店铺管理经验，
4、具备优先的团队打造能力和良好的沟通技巧及服务意识，高度的责任感，立志向于销售方向发展，富有干劲和冲劲。
5、非常熟悉店铺运作，店员培训、考核、激励。


工作职责：
1、全面主持店面的管理工作，配合总部的各项营销策略的实施；
2、执行总部下达的各项任务；
3、做好门店各员工的分工管理工作；
4、监督商品的要货、上货、补货，做好进货验收、商品陈列、商品质量和服务质量管理等有关作业；
5、负责对员工进行全面的培训与教育工作

待遇：底薪+提成，五险
