工作职责：
1.Develop overall understanding of software solution business and deliver regional sales target. 全面了解公司的业务，完成区域销售指标
2.Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information 根据所掌握的信息制定并执行所负责区域的销售及业务发展计划
3.Build and keep good relationship with key accounts. 建立并维护与客户之间的良好关系
4.Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image. 在所负责区域内组织各项市场推广活动，并建立良好的品牌形象
5.Manage OPEX in line with Sales Performance. 结合销售业绩有效地控制运营成本
6.Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of TFX Medical business. 及时与上级沟通并如实报告业务状况
工作要求：
1.Bachelor's degree or above 本科以上学历
2.At least 5 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in IT industry 5年以上软件解决方案等相关行业销售经验
3.Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills. 有较强的沟通及人际交往能力
4.A good team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills 有团队精神，具有主动性，优秀的组织协调能力
5.Well-planning skills 良好的计划能力
6.Ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English 中英文沟通能力
7.Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills 具有较强的分析能力及有效解决问题的能力
8.Proficient in the use of MS Office suite 能熟练使用office办公软件.
