Responsibilities:
1. Develop test plan, design test method, write test case and perform testing
2. Track defects and report test result
3. Defect root cause analysis
4. Analyze & evaluate test report
5. Work with test lead to conduct test activities
6. Work with development team to address defects/issues

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor or equivalent degree in computer science or related fields
2. Working Knowledge of software engineering and testing
3. Familiar with software test methodology and test process;Especially for Black-box testing
4. Good Command of English (reading, writing)
5. Above 3 years experience in software testing
6. High reliability, initiative and good communication
7. Good organizational skills, reporting skills
8. Automation testing skill & experience are preferred (E.g. QuickTest, LoadRunner, Winrunner etc.)
9. Performance testing experience is preferred
10. Development experience is preferred.
11. Familiar with Iterative development methodology
12. Team Foundation Server (TFS)
