职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.)Participate in the development of global & Asia regional Reward strategies and programs, and implement across China. Develop and manage communications with China human resources to ensure they are able to appropriately educate entity management and employees. May participate in the development of systems to support global programs.
2)Develop and implement compensation programs and guidelines for Reward, other compensation, benefits and recognition in China. Recommend improvements or new programs to ensure market competitiveness, support regional issues and are in line with global philosophies and programs. Ensure consistency within the region and all programs are in compliance with government regulations.
3)Manage the annual adjustment and bonus allocation process, and participate in market surveys that support Group global compensation philosophy. Develop or adjust pay structures within China at least once a year to remain market competitive. Ensure all appropriate human resources information systems are updated.
4)Develop processes and guidelines aligned with global/regional guidelines to manage analysis and approval of new hire offers and pay increases. As needed prepare analysis and elevate requests outside of guidelines for review and approval.
5)Ensure all China job evaluations conducted follow our established process and system,are up to date and align with Group global leveling framework
6)Ensure all benefits programs are updated in BenTrack benefits system, conduct periodic competitive benchmarking and recommend benefit changes. Implement all initiatives and ensure compliance.
7)Develop and maintain communications programs to educate HR Managers, Business Leaders and Employees on fundamentals of Group Reward programs and processes. Develop content on China compensation and benefits and conduct training sessions where necessary.
8)Ensure appropriate objectives for direct report are in place and monitored. Measure performance and provide coaching as needed. Provide staff opportunities for development and training.
TRAVELLING
As and when needed in China; to Singapore and US corporate offices
PREREQUISITES
1)Reward working knowledge and experience in China; with ability to converse well in English and Mandarin
2)Exposed to matrix reporting structure and to working environment of manufacturing, commercial and R&D concerns from the high technology or electronics industry
3)Possesses strong interpersonal skill, with high ability to influence and present to senior management
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1)Minimum 10 years of experience in Reward with demonstrated skills and proficiency in applying the principles, concepts and techniques of C&B analysis
2)Minimum 5 years experience working in compensation at a manager level in a Gloal company environment,
3)Only candidates with corporate experience can be considered. Those with combined corporate and HR consulting experience are highly preferred
SOFT SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
*Strong interpersonal relationship building skill; have strong verbal and written communication skills
*Exhibits confidence and possesses strong influencing skills
*Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
*Proficient in SAP, Towers Watson Global Grading System and Compass, Aon-Hewitt and Radford surveys will be added advantages
