Detailed Responsibilities
具体工作要求
1. Preparing meeting minutes and follow up each action plans as requirement
根据需要做好会议记录工作,并根据计划及工作方案跟进各项工作实施进展;
2. Doing translation works for meeting or company documents.
根据需要做好公司相关文件及会议的翻译工作;
3. Assist to email checking and drafting, prepare corresponding supported documents or files.
协助接收需要经理处理的邮件,准备相关支持性文件等。
4. Taking and receiving calls, coordinate with related parties on behalf during GM's absence.
在经理外出期间,协调处理相关事宜,并做好相应记录。
5.Coordinate with various departments and parties, Keep theGM informed and follow up on all assignments in a timely, effective and efficient manner
协调各部门及相关人员,跟踪并落实经理布置的任务,保质保量在规定时间内完成。
6.Prepare expense/claim reports , Implementing reasonable filing system for entire correspondence
对有关信件、名片进行合理归档,根据要求帮助经理准备相关费用清单及报销统计。
7.Accomplish other related work assignments given by GM.
完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
Qualifications:
任职要求
1. Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint ,etc.
能熟练应用Office办公软件
2. University graduated, major in English is preferable.
优先考虑英语专业的大学毕业生
3. 1-2 years related assistant working experiences is preferable
1-2年相关助理工作经验者为佳
4. Open minded, passionate and willing to provide assistant, people orientated and interested in details
性格开朗,热情并且愿意提供帮助,注意细节
