工作职责：
1. 项目市场策略制定与执行
- 根据项目要求制定年度市场策略 、推广计划、 年度预算；
- 通过媒体广告、专栏投放、活动推广等市场手段提升品牌知名度和美誉度；
- 掌握商学院动态及市场分析以调整和完善市场策略；
- 负责项目网站的日常维护和信息更新
- 负责岭南学院、卡尔森管理学院市场部门的沟通与协调
- 管理包括项目介绍、宣传手册、礼品等所有MARKETING MATERIALS.

2. 招生工作
- 完成项目招生要求；
- 负责潜力学员数据库及制定潜力学员发展计划；
- 负责招生宣传、企业拜访、潜在学员拜访；
- 负责面试安排、协助学员办理申请及入学手续；

要求：
1. 获大学本科或以上学位，MBA毕业生优先考虑；
2. 5年或以上市场工作经验，教育行业为佳；
3. 优秀的沟通能力、人际技巧和影响能力；
4. 工作勤奋、积极主动，有良好的团队合作精神；
5. 结果导向，善于同时完成多项任务；
6. 良好的英文能力；
7. 拥有良好的演讲和写作能力为佳。

Position: Marketing Manager, China Executive MBA Program
Reporting to: Program Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: Guangzhou

Job Description:
1. Program marketing strategies development and execution
- Developing and implementing annual marketing strategies, promotion plan and budget according to the requirement of the program.
- Promote brand awareness and reputation through media advertisement, special volume investment and events;
- Adjust and improve the strategies through updated dynamic analysis of EMBA market;
- Responsible for the communication and coordination of Marketing Depts. Of Lingnan, Carlson School of Management;
- Responsible for routine maintenance and updating of the website of the program;
- Management all the marketing materials such as program introduction, brochure and gifts, etc.
2. Student recruitment
- Achieve recruitment target;
- Responsible for the database of prospect candidates and determining development plan for the prospect candidates;
- Responsible for recruiting communication, visit of enterprises and prospect candidates;
- Responsible for the arrangement of interviews, assist the candidates with their application and admission procedure;

Qualifications:
1. A degree equal to or above an undergraduate degree; preferably an MBA;
2. 5 years or above of working experience in marketing field, preferably in educational field;
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; influential personality;
4. Hard-working and highly motivated with team spirit;
5. Result-oriented and multi-task player;
6. Good command of English ; Good presentation and writing skill desirable.
