Responsibilities:

1. To perform a precise plan, material purchase orders and supplier schedule in compliance with Master Production Schedule so as to support the company goal at quick responsiveness, the lowest inventory and the shortest reaction lead time;
2.To perform machine capacity plan in daily basis to smoothen unconstraint demand load according to the constraint machine capacity within a specific business unit so as to identify the potential bottlenecks and to smoothen the load based on AVON policy;
3.To review material supportability with suppliers on updated Operational Estimate and to identify and manage potential risk on material support so as to minimize the impact on supply service;
4.To monitor and manage component level both in Avon and suppliers to ensure achievement of inventory goal;
5.To manage supplier on component delivery scheduling to reach JIT target;
6.To keep good communication with suppliers and sourcing team so as to make sure Master Production Schedule could be supported in time.

Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree or above with major in business field;
- At least 2 years PMC or production/RI/distribution planning working experience;
- Logical thinking and good analytic ability;
- Demonstrate strong conflict solution skills and can handle multi-task efficiently;
- Good communication skill and English skill.
- Good knowledge of DRP, MRPII, or SAP system is preferable;

- Outstanding Excel skills.
- Outstanding fresh graduate is considerable.
