职位描述
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Provide 1st level IT support (Single Point of Contact) including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, emails etc to internal users within Asia especially for Japan
* Diagnose and advise user on appropriate action to resolve technical hardware and software issues
* Perform remote technical trouble shooting and provide First Contact Resolution where possible
* Document all reported incidents and service request via ticketing system.
* Redirect request to appropriate support team when necessary
* Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
* Track and document work log/resolutions for the tickets
* Ensure tickets are responded and resolved within the SLA
Education and Experience
* Diploma in Computer studies or equivalent
* Must reach Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level
* Working experience in level 1 help desk support will be an advantage
* Strong team player with good telephone manner and communication skills
* Experience in working at multinational company is an advantage
* Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin and Cantonese

* 收集及整理相关档案以便日后查询
* 适时联系第二线技术人员
* 就问题进行排序, 严重问题优先处理
要求:
* 学历: 大专或以上 专业: 计算机或相关专业
* 日语2级或以上
* 良好沟通能力
* 中英文良好
