Job Duties and Requirements:

- Basic computing environment support.
- Responsible to provide application support for business in China hub offices.
- Provide Training (routine & ad hoc) to related business streams.
- Work on various projects to support the customized development.
- Maintenance of internal systems and pro-active monitoring.
- At least one or two year experiences on IT technical support.
- CET 6, or CET4 with certain oral English level.
- Experience on customer services.
- Attention to detail, Communicate effectively.
- Customer orientation, Adaptable , Flexibility and self-learning.
- Problem solving, Professional attitude, Teamwork.
