Senior Accounting Supervisor/高级会计主管-固定资产&税务

POSITION SUMMARY:
The 'Senior Accounting supervisor-Fixed Assets' will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all fixed assets related transactions, monthly closing entries, as well as monthly, quarterly and annual fixed assets analysis for tax filing, physical count, audit report and for budget versus actual report.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform all activities related to fixed assets establishment, fixed assets in construction, deprecation process and disposal.
2. Maintain fixed assets database, including ensuring that FA codes, classification and changes are entered accurately and timely.
3. Manage maintenance and monitor the capitalization project. Analyze FA records including, but not limit to, the FA tax statutory and other analysis as needed.
4. Assist finance team in the monthly closing, budget preparation and the fixed assets physical count.
5. Provide effective communication and correspondence to other office/school divisions for fixed assets or general ledger related transactions.
6. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of accounting or auditing, thereof at least 1 year in general ledger or fixed assets accounting. Demonstrated GAAP knowledge in both China and the U.S.
3. Fluency in Mandarin; good English skills necessary.
4. Proficient computer skills (MS Office and Finance software).
5. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Ability to work well in a team.
