职位概要：

此岗位机械工程师负责机械设计和/或设计审查，建立物料清单和成本估计为机械部件，负责样品跟进（预算，与供应商协调），模具，塑胶及金属部件的成本估算和样品跟进。

工作职责：
1：准备3D图纸的基础上给公司的设计师发展新项目
2：建立或支持BOM编制和估算成本为机械加工，零部件和工艺
3：改进和评估现有项目或ODM项目的机械设计
4：解决在生产过程中机械相关技术问题
5：在生产的进度上，负责小样样品和模具跟进
6：负责并审批机械工具，组件
7：必要时，将参观模具及注塑供应商，加以评估，并反馈给采购部和公司管理层。
8：协助质检部对模具维护检查。

岗位要求：

1、机械制造或工艺相关专业大专以上学历；

2、3年以上PE工作经验；

3、熟悉运用3D、Pro/ENGINEER出图软件和熟练操作CAD平面软件；

4、懂注塑模具工艺的优先；

5、工作独立性强、判断力高、对数据敏感，工作细心踏实，能深入基层与生产紧密结合。
