职位概要

负责产品认证。创建BOM和产品规格，估计电子元件的成本。样品构建和跟进。电子电路设计，PCB布局和示意图。

职责：
1. 负责与测试实验室联络，进行产品认证（CE / FCC/ UL / ETL）。
2. 创建和绘制电子电路，准备一个主要的BOM，估计PCB的成本和设计;
3. 负责项目的样品和跟进，为新产品的试产去建立产品规格书; 为供应商分级系统（A，B，C，D......）建立组件验证表

4. 研究和评估现有或ODM项目，提供改进建议;
5. 参与解决产品生产中的问题；
6. 负责电子零件的评估和审批;

岗位要求
1、电子信息工程相关专业本科以上学历，英语良好；
2、三年以上消费型电子企业相关工作经验；
3、对消费型电子产品设计、制作有浓厚兴趣及创意；
4、熟练电子电路原理，掌握自动布局布线工具，动手能力强;
5、熟悉消费型电子行业的各种电子元器件的性能，熟练使用绘图软件；
6、身心健康，性格沉稳，工作细致度高，有责任心，团队意识强；
7、良好的沟通能力，处事从容果断；

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for product certifications. Create BOM and Product specs and estimate electronics components cost. Engineer sample build and follow up. Electronic circuit design, PCB layout and schematic drawing.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Liaison with test lab for product certification (CE/FCC/UL/ETL). Keeping budgets.
2. Create and draw the electronic circuit, prepare a primary BOM, estimate the cost and layout of the PCB
3. Build Engineering sample and follow up, create Product spec for pilot run of new product; create component validation lists for suppliers with grading system (A,B,C, D…)
4. Study and evaluate existing or ODM project; provide improvement suggestions
5. Participate in problem solving for products under production
6. Electronics components evaluation and approval
