Responsibilities:-
Essential Tasks and Areas of Responsibility
- Making and implementing the annual planning for quality team.
- Taking lead and promoting / maintaining all related system (ISO9001 / ISO14001 / LEAN / 6 SIGMA / 5S), training to each level to make sure enough awareness.
- Leading the team achieving their target.
- Teamwork inspiring and related training and instruction provided to team.
- Instruction and training to quality team for the skill of how to deal with customer and supplier professionally.
- Measurement team building and improvement is another key job.
- Setting the target for each sector of quality team, training, pushing and monitor is need on the way to make them happen.
- Improving the QE function, more QA function needed in our daily job, QC function must be contracted accordingly.
- Regularly quality report sharing with manager team and explain to top manager.
- Working out monthly KPI and push the corrective actions for items which out of target.
- In charge of internal and external audit and all quality document control.
- Organizing and lead the team to continuously reduce quality cost.
- EHS leader to make a safe production environment.
- Bridge among the departments to make quality and system running smoother and better.
- Daily work safety and Quality daily work management.
Special Contact Requirements Related to the Job
- Expert at ISO9001 / ISO14001 / LEAN / 6 SIGMA / 5S.
- Sound knowledge of tools and plastic molding.
- Good organizer and teamwork architect.
- Good communication skill (fluent in English and Mandarin).
Requirements:-
Education and experience
- Bachelor or above, major in mechanics.
- Solid management experience, at least 5 years in quality area and 3 years for manager position.
Required Knowledge, Competencies and Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork architect.
- Expert at ISO9001 / ISO14001 / LEAN / 6 SIGMA / 5S.
- Good knowledge on metrology.
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
