Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

- Provide thought leadership, coaching, and mentoring for the application of ELS as a system for solving problems, managing processes, and developing people;
- Lead the ongoing development of ELS fundamentals and problem solving capability to strengthen the foundation for effective operations and sustainable performance improvement of capabilities across the global manufacturing and technology platforms and supply chain network;
- Lead and support identification and application of best practices, operating standards, and metrics;
- Lead identification and application of problem solving and improvement initiatives along the cross-functional value streams and business processes, aligned to strategic business priorities;
- Lead and support learning and development processes, activities, and ongoing coaching for ELS and Systems Thinking capability development;
- Support strategy development and deployment;
- Actively build and maintain effective working relationships with operations and business leaders at all levels;
- Support the above responsibilities with ongoing communications and dialogue on InfoXchange communities, including ELS Nation.

Requirements:-

- 10+ years' business experience, with significant hands-on experience as a lean practitioner, is required;
- Experience managing manufacturing operations is required;
- Excellent overall business acumen and organizational savvy;
- Proven ability to develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization;
- Demonstrated success in bringing about changes in an organization via consensus building and influencing all levels of an organization;
- Demonstrated excellent people leadership and team-building skills;
- Excellent project management skills, including execution and follow up assessment improvement balanced with business priorities;
- Understanding of applicable computer systems and software. The ability to collaborate effectively across cultural boundaries;
- Expected travel estimated at 50%. Excellent English language fluency is a must, additional Asian language capabilities is a strong plus;
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
