Our client is a Fortune 500, they are looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

- Coordinate to handle work related quality issue;
- In charge of recruit, training, task assignment and GPS for whole deparment;
- Head up building and maintenance of quality management system, establish internal and external audit plan, monitor quality audit for quality management system;
- In charge of continuable improvement of supplier and raw material quality control;
- Monitor the quality of product and on-process quality control, report the performance of plant factory to top management regularly;
- Direct handling of customer complaint and goods returning to improve satisfiability;
- Direct improvement action of quality and improve quality management system of plant factory;
- Provid the method and trainning of on-process quality control, coordinate production/engineering department;
- Establish improvemet system for new product and manange quality improvement work of new product base on the improvemet system;
- Train and develop ELS between different plants and departments;
- Work together with the plant leader of value flow;
- Provide support on choosing key performent team member and introduce the whole value flow, 5s, visual manegement, continuable improvement and MDI;
- Develop training plan and plant trainer;
- Share the best pratice experience and develop cooperation plan with other region manager.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor's Degree or above;
- Experience and training on ISO quality management system and abating analysis;
- 5 years or above experience in quality management and team building work;
- Familiar with using basic tool of quality management (eg. quality control 7 tools) and develop quality control activity by self;
- Familiar with ISO9000 quality management system and common quality terms;
- Familiar with computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc);
- Has leadership (leading, inspiriting, process and personnel management skill);
- Join ELS passionately and vocationally;
- Experience related continuable improvement work flow (six sigma and lean, etc);
- Make active change between different function and department;
- Good English skill;
- Sincerity and strong responsibility;
- Good team spirit.
