Roles duties:

1.Deliver product training to worldwide internal consultant and project technical support to local or global office

2.Involve with sales team on the product demonstration and pre-sales activities to potential clients

3.Business process redesign or ERP product customization with project member base on client's requirement

4.Technical consultancy including business reports, queries and IT procedures under professional mindset

5.Provide technical training to functional users and build up training manuals

6.Trace client's feedback and satisfaction to improve service regulation

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above with majoring in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Civil Engineering

2. Proven construction/engineering/process industry experience particularly in the design-build, preconstruction and construction

3. Consultancy experience including the management of client and lead consultant resources

4. IT skills primarily regarding Estimating and Cost management would be an advantage

5. Be able to work flexibly with regard to activities and hours in a role that will involve frequent international travel

6. Confident and professional English presentation skil
