岗位要求:
1. 投资、财务、金融等相关专业类本科以上学历；高级会计师或注册会计师者优先；
2. 至少有10年以上大型地产企业集团财务管理工作经验， 至少5年以上房地产开发企业同等岗位经验；
3. 熟悉企业经营管理，熟悉财、贷等行业政策和法规及企业管理知识，有出色的财务分析能力， 有税务筹划、资本运作、预算核算、融资和资金管理能力等方面的丰富经验，良好的财务统筹、组织和决策能力；
4. 具备现代财务管理工作经验，精通房地产、会计、财务管理知识，熟知房地产行业运营和管理；
5. 熟悉国家或地方政府的相关财税政策、法规，有敏锐的洞察力，能为公司的重大决策提供清晰完整的可行性报告；
6. 有卓越的的团队管理能力与优秀的各部门沟通、统筹协调能力；
7. 能掌握高级财务管理软件和办公软件；
8. 正直，具有良好的职业道德、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真。

By this notice, K. Wah Group would like to draw the public’s attention that the hosts of the websites are not the appointed agents, nor are they authorized in any way by the Group for the purpose they alleged.
