Position: Sr. Relationship Manager - PRD, Commercial Banking

Location: Guangzhou, Shenzhen

Report to: Banch Commercial Banking Head

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining commercial banking relationships with clients

· Responsible for enlarging customer base and growing higher business volume for existing customers

· To efficiently work with product partners i.e., Treasury and Transaction Banking to maximize bank’s overall returns through cross selling

· Responsible for evaluation and analysis of all due diligence reports and findings, credit evaluation, preparation of credit reports

· To maintain good public relations with potential and existing clients, other professional parties, other banks and relevant authorities

· To achieve the overall KPI set by management

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree from a recognized university

· Minimum 6-7 years relevant experience with foreign banks/multinational corporate

· Good credit appraisal and marketing skills with mid-sized corporate

· Extensive customer contacts which mid-cap HK and Chinese POE companies in China Pearl River Delta region are preferred, and proven track record of developing business with this customer segment.

· Good knowledge of Bank's products, policies, guidelines, corporate law, and business strategy.

· General understanding of the economic, political and business environment of the region.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good spoken and written English
