Job Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for all new client acquisition sales activities and initiatives, focusing on acquiring non-borrowing clients and offering fee income/non-asset products including but not limited to Cash, FX, Commodity hedging, L/C discount, RP , BADD and fully cash backed L/C & SBLC issuance, with the objective to meet the CAS sales targets.

1. Responsible for exploring/establishing the most efficient marketing channels for new client acquisition.
2. Responsible for acquiring new commercial banking clients and further, maintaining and developing by growing higher business volume and cross-sale businesses.
3. Responsible for building up a sound client base and further growing/enhancing.
4. Focusing on non-borrowing clients and offering fee income/non-asset products including but not limited to cash, FX, commodity hedging, LC discount, RP, fully cash backed LC/SBLC issuance and BADD.
5. Providing most valuable and suitable business advices/solutions to clients according to the bank's business strategy.
6. Responsible for evaluation and analysis of all due diligence reports and findings, credit evaluation, preparation of credit reports.
7. To maintain and work closely with all product partners including TB and GMIM, and receive product training constantly for product knowledge update.
8. Be strictly compliant to all policies or regulations both internally and externally while in business developing

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree from a recognized university

l Minimum 3 years sales experience for commercial clients

l Good interpersonal and communication skills

l Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and hunting skills

l Fluent spoken and written in both Chinese and English

l Sales/sales-support experience in TB/GMIM is a plus
