Responsibilities:
1.Prepare tax returns and filling for entities and branches including tax returns reviews, provisions and forecasts.
1)Monthly Tax filing (VAT / Business Tax /Withholding tax/ Stamp Duty etc)
2)Quarterly Corporate Income tax filling
3)Annual Corporate Income Tax [CIT] filing
4)Annual local taxes (Urban Land Usage Tax / Real Estate Tax ) clearance
5)Monthly Tax certificate for non-trade payment
6)Monthly tax Statistical report required by state tax authority
7)Monthly tax template for Corporate finance report
2.Application for tax deduction and Corporate Tax incentive where applicable.
1)Application for tax deduction on assets loss, such as inventory written off, fixed assets written off etc
2)Application for R&D Super deduction etc
3.Assist Finance Controller to manage the tax audit by local authorities in various locations in China. (Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu).
4.Manage tax assessments and tax inquiry in various locations in China.
5.Transfer pricing documentation and defense
6.Advise on the impact of new tax law changes on the Company's operations.
7.To liaise with the internal and external audit work to organize and implement corporate tax risk assessment, monitor the daily risks and take steps to resolve tax problems identified, Support external auditor on annual tax clearing.
8.Assist Finance controller in managing the effective tax rate.
9.Maintain a healthy and efficient process for indirect tax
10.Responsible for credit control and receivable collection, ensure compliance with the group AR standard process
11.Ad hoc tax and AR projects.

Essential:
1.Accounting/Taxation bachelor degree or above
2.Be familiar with the tax regulation and SAFE regulations Familiar with tax practice in different tax governmental jurisdictions;
3.Import and export experience and knowledge is plus
4.Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin
5.Good in Microsoft Office Email, excel PowerPoint- SAP knowledge is an advantage
6.Integrity and honesty, confidence and maturity to work with people across different functions, business units, external advisors and tax authorities
7.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax environment, solid tax (VAT, with- holding tax, IIT, CIT, etc.) /accounting/finance knowledge is required
