-接听咨询电话为软件项目提供支持
-通过电话沟通为客户技术团队找出并解决基本的系统使用问题
-从内部问题数据库搜索解决方案
-记录内部问题数据库的问题和错误
要求：
-普通话表达清晰，书面记录能力良好；
-英语口语良好者优先考虑（过四级者优先）
-与客户交流与服务的技巧
-沟通能力良好
-能够将问题准确地输入内部数据库
-使用iOS设备经验和理解软件和系统是如何工作的
每周5天轮班工作制，无夜班。
Responsibilities
- answer calls as a second line phone support for software project
- identify and resolve issues over the phone with client technical team
- search solutions from internal issue database
- recording problems, issues and bugs to internal issue database and create new procedures
- interacting with project managers and development team to find solutions
- followup with client technical team to report solutions
- stay up-to-date with the software project evolution
Requirements
- native Chinese speaker with good verbal and written communication skills
- English skill is a plus but not mandatory (CET4 preferred)
- interaction and customer service skills
- ability to confidently talk in a phone and listen effectively
- ability to accurately type issues to internal issue database
- attention to details, analysing problems and independent problem solving skills
- iOS devices experience and understanding of the software and how the system works
- IT knowledge is a plus
- previous customer support experience is a plus, preferably from IT field
