We are a Sourcing & Quality Control company based in Tianhe District, Guangzhou and we are looking for a logistics executive. We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of work experience either in a logistics company or in a logistics position within a sourcing company.
Job Location: Tianhe District, Guangzhou (Close to Linhexi Metro Station).



Essential Requirements:
1. Good English reading, writing and understanding and at least intermediate level speaking and listening.
2. Good understanding of logistics and trade terms.
3. Experience with handling documentation for LCL & FCL Shipments & preferably for air freight also.
4. Basic knowledge of excel and word
5. Knowledge of export customs clearing processes



Preferable Requirements:
1. Understanding of express courier options and how the different courier companies operate.
2. Understanding of door to door logistics arrangements.
Job Responsibilities:
3. Completing the paperwork for all LCL & FCL Shipments
4. Dealing with the various shipping agents, courier agents, shipping lines & our logistics partners in other countries.
5. Making export documentation & managing logistics for export orders.
6. Managing & dealing with local logistics parties such as trucking people, customs agents, etc. and making all preparations for container loading.
7. Arranging quality control inspections at factories.
8. Liaising with the warehouse vendors for our warehousing needs.
