任职条件：
1、二年以上总经办文秘工作，对于会议管理、记录等具有丰富的经验；
2、了解法律及财务方面的知识，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
3、懂得接待礼仪、礼节，良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；
4、工作认真细致，有条理性、逻辑性，良好的职业素养和职业操守，具有良好书面写作及表达能力；
5、身高160CM以上，形象、气质好佳，性格外向、开朗、大度；
6、熟练使用OFFICE软件。

工作职责：
1、协助总经理处理各类信件，做好决议、决定等文件的起草、发布；
2、做好各部门及各领导上报行文的保存、管理、督办的工作；
3、合理安排、提醒总经理的日常工作时间和程序；
4、做好总经理办会议和其他会议的组织工作和会议纪录；
5、关注公司内各部门信息沟通情况，及时传达上级的各项指令；
6、负责接待来访的重要来宾；
7、完成总经办交办的其他工作的督办、协调及落实任务。
