Responsibility
1.Manage maintenance team and ensure the maintenance technicians adequately trained, equipped and motivated, and consistently improve output achievements and personal performance
2.Plan and supervise all preventive maintenance and repair works on plant equipment, facility and utilities in compliance to food regulation and standard
3.Monitor operations of plant equipment constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problem timely
4.Establish and maintain plant maintenance programs/procedures/work instructions based on best practices and standards in food industry with an emphasis on planning and predictive maintenance
5.Work with plant operations team to drive the implementation of 5S, AM,AC and safety program
6.Analyze and monitor the use of spare parts and maintenance supplies, initiate sourcing and reordering and optimize inventory
7.Ensure all equipment and instrument well calibrated in planned schedule
8.Analyze data and track maintenance KPI, to identify opportunities to improve
9.Prepare maintenance budget, track the spending and improve the cost-effective maintenance works

Requires
1.Good communication and inter-personal skills
2.Ability to provide mentoring and coaching to team member
3.Good understanding of continuous improvement system, process and technologies
4.Well use of basic software like OFFICE, AUTO CAD, etc.
5.Hard-working, self-motivated and accountable
6.Good command of English
