工作职责：
1）对客户管理系统的客户资料进行录入和维护；
2）竞争对手监控，按要求记录及提交有关报表数据；
3）接听客户来电，回答客户的各类问题或帮助客户找到相应的联系人；

职位要求：
1）中专或以上学历；
2）熟练使用Microsoft Office，精通Excel的使用；
3）良好的沟通协调能力；
4）认真、细致、负责，有强烈的团队合作精神，能在压力下工作。
