岗位职责：

1.New user training on operation IT system / Retraining of all staffs continuously and new release .

2.Operation IT System Application support

3.User authority maintenance

4.Maintenance and coordinator of system data base( e.g. new customer account and new carrier)

5.Keeping that data base up to data(e.g. quotation module)

6.Coordinate with national Superuser team of operation IT system issue

7.Report system bug



岗位要求：

* 2 years experience in the shipping or freight forwarding field but not essential

* Good communication ,presentation and training skills and god planning, organization and problem-solving skills

* Excellent computer knowledge including MS office,reporting tools

* Analytical capability , systematical thinking

* Process oriented thinking and flair for IT related issues.
