职位描述：

1. 解决所有支持公司使用的应用程序和硬件问题。
2. 设置程序建立文档并指导步骤，以及资产记录的变更。
3. 日常的电脑/桌面维护并保障电脑环境的顺利运行。
4. 评估公司需要的软件，硬件和何IT解决方案。
5. 确保平稳运行的所有IT基础设施，如服务器、打印机和网络设备。
6. 确保电子版信息的安全。
7. 确保机房的安全，安装杀毒软件和防火墙等。
8. 组织数据的安全存储并建立备份。
9. IT管理部门指派的其他职责。

任职要求：

1. 具备安装，程序设置，Win7故障排查的知识。
2. 具备如何安装，设置程序，Win7故障排除的应用知识。
3. 熟悉路由器，交换机，IP网址，网关的操作。
4. 具备安装新网络，配置域名或域名控制器的操作经验。
5. 会文档流程化，涉及电脑配置和标准操作程序等。
6. 有Server 2003/2008和Exchange 2010，防火墙的基本知识。
7. 懂 LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP。
8. 懂电脑，服务器备份和灾难性恢复。
9. 能维护邮件账户包括新账户的创建和现有账户的修改等。
10. 优秀的沟通和写作技能。
11. 必须英语读，写邮件优秀。
12. 能优先考虑问题并及时回复。
13. 展现出作为团队成员的能力。
14. 具备经验与下列技能会更理想但不是硬性要求：Sonicwal,思科防火墙, Hyper-V, VPN, VOIP, 和 Telephony。

Position Responsibilities:

• Resolve problems on all company-supported applications and hardware.
• Document configurations, instructional procedures and change management records
• Provide day-to-day desktop/Laptop support to ensure a smooth computing environment for Circuitronix (Hong Kong), Limited operations.
• Evaluate company IT needs in terms of software, hardware and other IT solution.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructures such as servers, printers and network devices.
• Ensuring security of the electronic version of Information.
• Ensure security of the server room and installing virus protections and firewalls.
• Organizing secure data storage and creating backups.
• Additional duties as assigned by IT management.

Position Requirement:

• Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows 7
• Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office applications.
• Conversant with operation of router, switches, IP address, Gateways etc.
• Experience with installation of new networks, configuring domains, installing domain controllers.
• Document processes involving PC configuration and standard operating procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Server 2003, 2008 and Exchange 2010, firewalls
• Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Basic understanding of PC and server backup and disaster recovery.
• Maintain password accounts including creation of new accounts and changes to existing accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must be proficient in reading and written English
• Ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience with the following skills are highly desirable but not a requirement: Sonicwal, Cisco Firewalls, Hyper-V, VPN, VOIP, and Telephony.
