Title: Trainer – Yves Rocher Brand
Department: Yves Rocher China/ Yves Rocher Brand
Reporting to: Group Trainer in France & Director of Asia Market by Hierarchy
Location: Shanghai, P.R. China
Openings: 1
Objectives:
·Final goal to reach the sales target, increase number of tickets per POS and increase the ticket price
·Continuously increase the service standard and product knowledge of the sales team; create a bonding between brand and sales team
·Set up an effective training system based on YR Brand’s specialty and situations
·Need to work with marketing, sales, PR and trade departments


Responsibilities include:
1. Set with direct reporting line the training objectives for the year / quarterly basis


2. Analyse KPIs and assessment of the Bas


3. Create training plan after discussion with marketing / sales team by setting up priorities


4. Work on training budget and have close monitoring


5. Training content: Brand training / Basic skin structure training / Products training / Sales technics training / Promotions briefing
Create training tools whenever relevant (ice breaker, training tools to be used at POS level…)
Adapt and translate the training material from Central training department
- Update basic training book
- Follow up and spread training materials
- Continue to perfect training materials based on feedbacks
- Actively communicate with headquarters to grasp new products knowledge and promotion purpose
- Edit and decide on training course according to promotion contents
- Follow up and spread training method


6. Types of training: Field training / Classroom training
2/3 time on the field
1/3 time in office or classroom training


7. Assist in managing the Bas by setting grooming standard, keeping a positive attitude at all times
- Unify Brand image of YR BA (make up, hair style, accessories, etc.)
- Coach, promote and follow up Brand image to ensure its unification


8. Take responsibility to complete YR training system so as to assist on YR Brand system and organization.
- Set up an effective training system to ensure efficient training activities
- Cooperate with agents and distributors of YR Brand to supply training support


Knowledge and Skills Required:
1. College+ degree, majored in image designing, marketing, teaching, Chinese language or other equivalents
2. At least 3-5 years training experience in cosmetic companies
3. Solid knowledge in selling skills, training skills, communications skills and inspiring skills
4. Solid knowledge in skin care and makeup
5. Ability to organize and manage sales team
6. Good communications and coordination ability
7. Positive and active with strong personal impact
8. Ability in handling conflicts
9. Strong team spirit
10.Fluency in written and spoken English or French
