Job Discription
1. Assist in the preparation of company plans and budgets, and ensure appropriate budget and forecasting has entered to the system.
2. Prepare periodic variance analyses by region and line of business for Senior Management and the Board which require the research and documentation of operational variances including prior year and plan.
3. Develop and modify periodic reporting as business needs change.
4. Identify and resolve any reporting issues.
5. The development, implementation and documentation of site level templates and other ad hoc reporting to meet internal and external periodic reporting requirements.
6. Quarterly, provide detailed analysis of financial results and incorporate into SEC filings.
7. Support the Internal and External Audit functions as necessary.

Requirement:
1. Above bachelor degree and CPA preferred. Minimum 2 years of accounting and/or finance experience.
2. Experience with Variance analysis and Analytical Review in a multi-location environment.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and accounting applications.
5. Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience with Microsoft Suite and accounting applications.
8. High proficiency in verbal and written English.
