To provide training support to the Account Dept.in training and developing all Account service staff to ensure that the overall standard of the sales force constantly improves

主要职责
·Ensure timely execution of the training curriculum.
·Localize training materials and tools to suit local market conditions.
·Conduct regular trainings to sales staff such as Newcomer Basic Course, Product Launch
·Training, Selling skills & Service Training etc.
·Implement follow-up actions in each boutique.
·Conduct field coaching.

任职要求
·Solid training background
·Good understanding of Auto Show/Exhibition/Event/service industry
·Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
·General computer literacy
·Good command of oral and written Mandarin and English
