工作描述：
1、负责为集团的经营管理决策提供法律可行性、合法性分析和法律风险预测。
2、参加重大经济合同的谈判，提供法律专业服务
3、依照制度规定参与重大经济合同的起草，负责对外签订各类合同的法律审核
4、监督集团及基地对外重大经济合同的履行，及时提供法律风险预警
5、负责处理集团内部法律咨询
6、负责办理各类诉讼及事务处理
7、负责集团及基地的普法宣传和法律知识培训
8、负责与外部法律机构的合作事项
9、负责与司法机关及政府有关部门保持沟通

岗位要求：
1.法律专业本科及以上学历；
2.具有八年以上知名律师事务所或大型跨国企业法务团队领导经验；
3.熟知中国相关法律法规，了解相关国际法规及惯例；
4.制造业企业法务工作经验；
5.具有优秀的人际沟通与协调能力，具有影响力和领导力，有效带领和指导团队达成工作目标；
6.英文流利。
7.持司法证或律事执业证
