Main Responsibility:
·Carry out Code of Conduct (COC) audits at designated factories according to SA standards.
依据SA8000之标准对被指派的工厂进行COC评审﹔
·Record the audit process in a professional manner.
用专业的报告形式记录审核的过程和结果﹔
·Communicate the findings with factory management, discuss any non-compliance issues with them, and create the corrective action plan (CAP) after the audits.
审核结束后制定纠正措施计划（CAP）给工厂﹐并与工厂的管理层确认审核发现的不符合项﹔
·Create the social audit reports.
编制社会责任评审报告﹔
·Willing to participate in any other ad hoc assignments where necessary.
愿意去分担上司指派的其它工作。
Job Requirements
1. Bachelors degree or above in Environmental Studies or other related discipline.
大学或以上学历﹐环境专业或相关的专业﹔
2. About 3-5 years of relevant auditing experience in other companies or 3rd party audit firms.
曾任职某些公司或第三方审核机构从事3-5年的审核经验﹔
3. Familiar with national and international codes of conduct, labor standards and regulations.
熟悉国家和国际的社会责任﹑劳工标准和规则﹔
4. Good communication skill and be able to work independently.
能够独立开展工作和良好的沟通技巧﹔
5. Good command of oral and written English.
具有良好的英语书写和口语表达能力﹔
6. Willing to travel extensively and frequently.
愿意去经常的出差。
