Responsibilities:

· Advise and prepare our factories for the Tesco Hardlines Technical Audit (THMS).
· Carry out the audit and close NC’s after audit.
· Classify the factories as Good / Average & Poor
· Improve the factories to Good
· Carry out Pre Production meetings in the factory for New items.
· Assign the Critical Control Points (CCP’s), and ensure adherence.
· Ensure adherence to the correct process control.
· Carry out Green sealing of new items on site.
· Carry out During Production inspections.
· Follow up and improve products that have received returns and complaints.
· Follow up on Pre shipment inspection failures and issues.
· Be our eyes and ears on the ground in our factories.

Requirements:

· 5 years or more experience in related industry, preferable in buying office;
· Knowledge of hardline products, manufacturing and technology;
· Good communication skills
· Experience in working with buyers and technical personnel both face to face and by video conference/conference call
· Experience in factory operations, assessments and inspection processes;
· Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
· IT skills, proficient in MS office
