This position signs contract with Merck Taiwai and locats in Taoyuan.

OVERALL PURPOSE:
To maximize OLED business, implementing product management and business development functionalities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To win OLED material (qualification) market share, in vapor based market.
To formulate and to execute Inkjet printing (IJP) promotion strategy
To extend networking in both customer hierarchy and also OLED market value chain

1. Bachelar's Degree in Optical Electronic, or Organic Electronic related majors
2. With strong business sense, good interpersonal and negotiation skill and good comment in English
3. High perceptivity + analytical and problem solving + organization and planning
4. Energetic and work with passion
5. At least 3 years OLED industry related experience, 1) R&D device; 2) OLED PM would be a plus;
5. Well understand of OLED device design, display market
