Job Title: Contract Renewal Representative
Primary Focus:
The Contract Renewal Representative (CRR) will be responsible for ensuring the target support renewal rate for existing small customers in their assigned territory.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
Successful CRRs will be highly focused on performing Micorenewals activities like data cleaning activities, answering customers emails, performing outbound calls using customer language and respecting customer business hours. A CRR will be measured on a _several productivity_ standards, including contracts renewed vs. forecast, cancelled contracts and backlog. CRRs must adapt and acquire new skills quickly, and will effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. In addition, CRRs will interpret and advise on the relative benefits of Oracle Support contracts, accurately describe product and service offerings and entitlements, electronic systems options, practices, policies and procedures.
Examples of Duties:
Accountable for timely support renewals for small customers in assigned territory
Educates customers on benefits of Oracle Support any associated contractual implications
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements on outbound calls for renewals, email answering time;
Manages exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals
Respect the renewals timelines and procedures in order to meet the booking forecast and the other renewals KPI's.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Good English & Putonghua skills tested by local Oracle subisidiaries from China;
Understands the business use of Oracle products, services and future directions Demonstrated proficiency with e-mail, computers, Word, Excel and Internet.
Ability to handle customers over the phone. Ability to work with strict procedures and timelines.
Availability to aling their working schedule to the customer business hours.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any major preferred or equivalent and At least 1 to 2 years documented experience in customer service, sales or equivalent

Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Identify and transfer leads to sales reps for top-tier opportunities. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.
