Job Responsibilities:

Providing a broad range of general dispute management and litigation support to the business
advising on a wide range of contentious issues at both the pre-action stage and during formal litigation;
advising the business as to their strategic options during any dispute;
conducting and managing the litigation process;
support and manage regional litigation specialist across the nation
Managing litigation and disputes related documents and statistics for analysis purposes (mainly monthly litigation reports)
liaising with Group on key issues
Developing closer working relationship with key stakeholders across the business
promoting, conducting and managing alternative dispute resolution strategies.
Supporting the development of policy, procedures and compliance frameworks China
Developing and delivering appropriate training and guidance for specific business areas where required.
Managing external lawyers and ensuring that all external legal advice is provided in a cost effective way.
Supporting Legal Director in achieving legal objectives.

Job Requirement:


LLB Degree, PRC qualified attorney with 6+ years of experience
Extensive post qualification experience at management level covering: Commercial legal affairs, Compliance and Insurance.
Excellent English-language communication drafting skills
Have worked in MNCs or in reputation law firms
Organized and able to work independently
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Leadership skill to manage a team with 5+ regional litigation lawyers
