Job Description:

Bank and petty cash record keeping, ensure accuracy of bank and petty cash records, monitor fund adequacy and other bank related matters (including making payment)
Staff claims review and verification
Issuance of invoice to customers and updating the internal sales management file, assist in handling Accounts Receivable/collection
Preparing journal/payment vouchers and data entry into the accounting system, responsible in monthly closing of accounts
Monitoring and handling of GZ RO/ BJ RO business registration and related certificates' renewal, insurance renewal, tenancy agreements renewal and any other necessary renewals as required
Assist in financial and management reporting
Assist in tax and audit compliance and related matters as required
Liaison with the appointed agent such as CIIC / FESCO on the staff movement such as new employee registration, employee exit clearance and any others
Monitoring and processing of expatriate's working permit
General office administration support
Other ad-hoc assignment as required

Required:

Accounting background is required
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the similar position
Able to speak & write fluent English
Good MS Office skills especially on MS Excel & Word
Responsible and reliable
Ability to perform routine task
