We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager, lead the sales teams in Shenzhen branch to achieve branch sales objectives and work with other functions to deliver exceptional service to our customers in the market, achieve high levels of employee engagement and performance in line with the strategic objective to develop a “great place to work” and to build a “High Performance Team”.

Main Responsibilities:
- Take ownership to meet or exceed sales targets through the execution of the country Sales plan and local Sales initiatives
- Lead the external sales and internal sales to drive expected Sales growth from Portfolio customers in the geography
- Drive Corporate Account performance through collaboration with China Corporate account team
- Proactively expand our customer base and speed up the new customer acquisition by working closely with Marketing team and by leverage of the Sales resources in the branch
- Provide Sales and branch performance report and analysis to Area Sales Manager to drive business insights.

Requirements:
- University degree, major in business/electronics is preferred
- At least 10 years work experience of multinational company in sales, industry sales is preferred
- Minimum 5 years in Sales management role with a equivalent size of the team
- Very customer focus mindset
- Excellent business sense with good analytical skills.
