职位描述
工作职责：
1. 通过公司团险产品的宣传和推广、竞赛计划的实施和追踪、营销员的培训辅导等方式，达成所辖地区的团体保险业务销售目标；
2. 协助营销员准备、制作业务说明书或投保计划书，跟进营销员的业务咨询；
3. 陪同营销员拜访，与准客户保持良好的沟通联系，并在过程中充分展示专业素质和形象以及友邦的公司文化；
4. 及时妥善处理客户服务的有关问题。
任职条件：
1. 本科或以上学历；
2. 三年以上工作经验，具备市场推广、业务推动、培训等相关经验尤佳；
3. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力；心态积极乐观、勇于面对工作压力。
