1. To standardize design process and procedure, in order to meet ISO/TS compliancy.
a Tobuild and lead advance quality plan from sample building to production approval(APQP);
b To build and lead production part approval process
c To build and lead DFEMA process
2. New component sample validation test
3. Sample Verification test in design and engineering stage
4. Validation test for final version production
5. Product reliability, safety test plan making and monitor test progress, monitor improvement if some test items are failed.

任职资格的具体描述：
1. About 3years DQA experience
2. Micro-Switch and solid state rely experience is preferred
