1、负责跟进外发加工厂打样、大货订单、货期安排、生产进度、品质监控，确保货品质量和交货期符合公司要求；
2、熟悉印绣花、洗水、针梭织面料、各种辅料，懂服装制单，服装面辅料采购；
3、熟知国家相关的行业标准，处理各类质量问题，鉴定产品质量，并最终提出解决方案；
4、对服装工艺、外发流程、编单计划、过程控制、成本管理方面有实操经验；
5、了解服装工厂运作，有丰富的验厂经验，在珠三角地区有加工厂资源，对服装检验标准熟悉，能在生产的各个流程控制质量及货期；

6. 通能力好，需与客人，工厂，跟单进行良好的沟通。
7 .熟悉内衣产品 ，有内衣跟单经验优先。

任职要求：
1、服装及纺织类专业，从事服装行业五年以上;
2、具有较好的成本控制意识和数据分析能力；
3、良好的语言表达及应变能力，优秀的谈判与沟通技巧，统筹分析能力和协调能力；
4、熟悉电脑操作，掌握office办公软件的各项操作；
5、具有强烈的责任感，品质意识，思维清晰，吃苦耐劳。
6. 能用英文流利表达与沟通。

1. Preferably at least 3 years experience in garment merchandising, including men's, women's and children's garment
2. Conducts product development: proto, SMS, PPS etc.
3. Prepares Time and Action Calendar
4. Prepares style file/QC file
5. Monitors garment delivery
6. Liaise with overseas/local clients and suppliers
7. Customer relationship management
8. Coordinate approval samples and inspections with QC
9. Material sourcing and preparation of seasonal input to designers
10. Attend meetings with buyers & accompany buyers to factory visits
11. Garment inspection, if necessary
12. Other duties as assigned by the superior
