Job Description:
1, Responsible for the company's business development
2, Be in the market and actively look for new business
3, Build up and maintain good relationship with the customers
4, Design sales & marketing plan for the company
5, Coordinate the new project among different parties if necessary.
6, Responsible for the Business Development team

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background & Experience
1, University degree or above
2, Minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar position, preferably with foreign enterprises or JV
3, Age 30+

Skills & Knowledge
1, Strong sense of business development / sales
2, Result driven with efficient time management skills
3, Familiar with the business and operation of a logistics company
4, Proven knowledge of the chemical industry is not essential but gives you a step ahead of the others
5, Excellent people and change Management skills
6, Proven experience in managing customers, account management and able to work out projects
7, Knowledge of Hazardous goods and HSSEQ is an advantage
8, Computer literate, familiar with Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must.
9, Good command in both written and oral English and Mandarin

2, Positive attitude, ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and assignments.
3, Able to work under pressure and high level of responsibility
4, Good communication and interpersonal skills, both towards internal and external parties, team player.
