Our product, Safety and comfort related products for vehicle interiors, including Head restraints, lumbar support systems and seat climate systems Gear shift systems for light duty vehicles, including Automatic and manual gear shifters, shift cables and gear selectors Operator control systems and chassis related products to commercial vehicles, including Gear shifters, clutch servos, steering columns and chassis stabilizers; Fluid handling systems for light duty, industrial and commercial vehicles, including Pipe and hose assemblies for turbo chargers, brake- and fuel systems.

岗位描述：

根据品牌发展战略，制定公司的公关策略；

负责制定公司全年公关活动计划并负责具体执行，督导公司市场公关项目策划及公司对内对外的各项市场公关活动；

负责制定部门发展计划，组织编制市场部公关年、季、月度计划及费用预算；

负责公司的危机公关处理；

负责向外部公众宣传解释公司有关情况，策划主持重要的公关专题活动，协调处理各方面的公共关系；

建立和维护公共关系数据库、公关文档；

提供市场开拓及促销、联盟、展会、现场会等方面的公关支持；

制定及实施公司新闻传播计划，实施新闻宣传的监督和效果评估；

外部合作公司、媒体关系的管理；

负责部门内部制度、工作流程的建设与优化；

负责本部门团队管理工作及员工的培养、考核、晋升、淘汰；

完成总经理交办的其他业务。

任职资格：

本科及以上学历，新闻传播、市场营销、企业管理或相关专业；

知名品牌企业公关工作经验，拥有5年以上公关经理或2年以上公关总监工作经验；

媒介资源丰富，有成功的危机公关处理案例经验；

具备优秀的语言表达能力和公开演讲能力；

思维敏捷，逻辑缜密，擅于处理人际关系，亲和力强；

35-40岁，女性；
