汽车电子电器架构开发与集成 高级工程师Senior Engineer: Vehicle E/E Architecture development and Integration

E/E integration, architecture and development
The scope of this position to lead a 3-5 engineering team to initiate the E/E integration process covering the product definition and specification development.

Possible applicants will have to have a strong background in identifying specific functionalities, to describe them and specify them in the context of state diagrams and communication interfaces.

Potential candidates shall have practical knowledge using commonly used tools for system architecture and design (system engineering).

The ideal candidate should have good coaching and communication skills. The candidate should be capable to adapt to the present capability level and target to train and to establish a stable knowledge basis.

General education background:
o Master or equivalent degree in electronics, electrics, mechatronics or software development.
o Automotive background
o Fluent English
o Coaching and training skills

Professional experience:
o 6+ years work experience in automotive E/E area
o 4+ years in OEM (development EI, EA, EF) in component/function specification and
o requirement analysis
o Familiar with specification and requirement mgmt. (tools and process)
o Technical experience in at least one of the following domains:
- HW design/ microprocessor properties
- Vehicle bus communication
- Vehicle Diagnostics
- Electric powertrain
- Software versioning/ software development (application)
- Software design (Autosar/ Genivi)
- Wireless networks


Tools:
o Doors or similar ETAS tool
o Mathworks tool suite (MatLab/Simulink/Stateflow)
o Change Synergy or equivalent tool
o Quality Center, Jira or equivalent tool
o CAN/MOST/Flexray Analysis tools


Languages:
o Mandarin
o English
o German is advantageous
