Main Responsibilities:
1. Bidding document control;
2. Prepare pre-qualification review file according to client's requirement;
3. Assist Bidding Manager to prepare and complete technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders;
4. Assist Bidding Manager to complete bidding strategy and price analysis;.
5. Assist Bidding Manager to update and maintain common proposal documents;
6. Assist Bidding Manager to complete client system maintenance;
7. Assist Bidding Manager to complete project handover to operation team after the contract is signed, as well as contract management, subcontract management, etc.;
8. Maintain business communication with clients, BV network and colleagues in the field.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent level in engineering, business management or related field
2. Working experience: 2-5 years' related experience or excellent fresh graduate (depending on level)
3. Knowledge and understanding of specific industry and project management
4. Experience in the field of project management/execution, preferably in specific industry
5. Familiar with proposal preparation and contract management is an advantage
6. Pleasing personality with good interpersonal negotiation skills
7. Fluent in English
8. PC skills, notably with Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation abilities
9. Good health is required
