To support our development, we are looking for:


工作职责

1.与分销商确认订单，并安排向海外工厂采购，跟进货物发送至国内仓库。
2.负责进口货物清关,熟知进口相关知识及规定,与海关维持关系,了解关税相关事宜。

3.根据客户需求管理好库存。

Job Description
1. Purchase: Confirm orders with local customers. Liaise with suppliers overseas for purchase. Follow up shipment from overseas factory to delivery in Greater China./

2.Importation: In charge of customs clearance: good understanding of the importation process& international trading regulation;relationships with customs; understanding of tariff and tax issues /

3. Inventory management. Forecasting. Liaise with customers and management for .

职位要求

1.全日制本科毕业，并有五年以上贸易公司进口工作经验优先考虑。

2.做事细心，组织能力强，可以同时处理多项工作任务

3.熟悉进出口流程

4.有ERP工作经验

5.精通 Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word 等Office软件的应用,有ERP经验优先考虑。

6.具备优秀的英语会话及书写能力，能与外籍经理沟通

7.自信并且可以在压力下工作

8.较强的团队工作意识

Profile/
· University graduate with 5years experience, in a trading company, preferably doing importation.· Detail oriented, very organized; able to carry out many different work at the same time· Knowledge of logistic flow, import/export procedure
· Experience working with ERP/
· Proficient in MS. office：Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word· Language: written & spoken English. The job includes communication with foreign suppliers and foreign managers. Working language is English.
· confident and can work under pressure
· Strong interpersonal team work ability
