- For our Energy Sector in Guangzhou,we are looking for a Manufacting Quality Control Engineer (过程质量控制工程师).

What are my responsibilities?

1, To finish inspection work according as work plan

2.follow limitation product up dealt and do stat.and analyze quality question.

3.organise,implement the training of quality control and quality improvement.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. eastablish quality control flow in production process, push, control, monitor whether imlpement the flow

2. lead MQC inspector to develop relevant quality activity, easure that quality work is implemented effectively.

3. perfect method and table of process quality control, maintain, improve record table and quality criterion

4. collect data and analyze quality question of workshop. Prepare monthly quality report and fearful question report. Establish preventive action and implement it.

5. push quality improvement, assist PD or ED improvement activity.

6. potentiate training for our employeer(internal external and locale etc.), improve employeer's quality idea and work competence.

7. effectively evaluate and nspirit quality control personnel, improve team spirit.

8. maintain ISO system and take part in internal audit

What else do I need to know?

- work at transformer's quality management over five years

- have experience of management many people.

- has basal management experience.

- Solid knowledge about ISO 9001:2000 ISO14001:2004

- speciality knowledge of transformer

- communicate and cooperate with foreign expert.

- Major in automation or electrical-mechanic

- Good commond of English and computer skill

- Has the EHS sense and knowledge
